Research Assistant - Medical Ultrasound Video

岗位职责

1. 术前超声约束下的术中超声视频分割算法研发。

2. 术前核磁约束下的术中超声视频分割算法研发。

3. 数据采集、标注、模型训练、性能迭代等步骤的工程实现。

4. 技术报告、专利、论文等材料撰写。

任职要求

1.专业背景：计算机、生物医学工程、自动化或数学等相关专业，本科及以上学历（优秀本科生亦可）。

2.编程与框架：工程能力扎实，精通 Python 编程，熟练使用 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 深度学习框架，具备良好的代码规范。

3.核心技能：深入理解计算机视觉基础，在图像分割、三维重建、图像配准、目标跟踪等任务中至少有一项具备实战经验。

加分项：

有视频处理或医学影像处理（尤其是超声或MRI）项目经验者优先；

熟悉经典CV算法与现代深度学习模型（如Transformer, SAM2）的结合应用；

具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，能快速复现顶会算法。

Job Responsibilities

Algorithm R&D: Develop segmentation algorithms for intraoperative ultrasound video constrained by preoperative ultrasound.

Multi-modal Fusion: Develop segmentation algorithms for intraoperative ultrasound video constrained by preoperative MRI.

Engineering Implementation: Execute the full engineering pipeline, including data collection, annotation, model training, and performance iteration.

Academic Output: Draft technical reports, patent applications, and research papers.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Automation, Mathematics, or related fields. (Outstanding undergraduates are encouraged to apply).

Programming & Frameworks: Strong engineering skills with proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Good coding style is essential.

Core Competencies: Solid understanding of Computer Vision fundamentals. Practical experience in at least one of the following tasks: Image Segmentation, 3D Reconstruction, Image Registration, or Object Tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in video processing and/or medical image processing projects (especially Ultrasound or MRI).

Familiarity with the integration of classic CV algorithms and modern deep learning models (e.g., Transformers, SAM2, etc).

Strong English reading skills with the ability to reproduce algorithms from top-tier conference papers.
