Procurement Specialist/Assistant Manager

采购专员

岗位职责

1. 负责科研设备、实验耗材等物资的采购工作，包括供应商寻源、询价、比价、议价等流程；

2. 与供应商进行商务谈判，签订采购合同，确保采购条款符合机构利益，保障物资按时、按质、按量交付；

3.建立和维护供应商数据库，对核心信息做好保密措施与管理。定期评估供应商表现，优化供应商结构，开发新的优质供应商；

4.跟踪采购订单执行情况，及时处理采购过程中的问题，如交货延迟、质量问题等，确保科研项目不受影响;

5.负责采购成本分析与控制，制定采购预算，监控预算执行情况，降低采购成本，提高采购效率;

6.协同科研团队、财务部门等相关部门，遵循PR和PO的ERP标准化流程，确保采购流程与各部门工作有效衔接，提供采购相关的数据报表和分析。

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，采购管理、物流管理、理工科等相关专业优先；

2.具有 3年左右采购工作经验，有科研机构或实验室采购经验者优先考虑；

3.熟悉采购流程，掌握采购谈判技巧，具备良好的供应商管理能力；

4.了解科研设备和实验耗材的相关知识，能够准确识别物资需求，评估产品质量；

5.工作严谨细致，有较强的责任心和抗压能力;

6.出色的沟通能力与学习能力，良好的英语读写能力（具备粤语能力更佳）;

7.持有香港工作许可者优先。

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage procurement of lab equipment and consumables, including sourcing, quoting, negotiation, and ordering.

2.Negotiate with suppliers, finalize contracts, and ensure on-time delivery of quality goods.

3.Maintain and develop the supplier database, evaluating performance and ensuring data confidentiality.

4.Monitor orders, resolve issues like delays or quality concerns to support project timelines.

5.Analyze costs, control budgets, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.

6.Work with internal teams (e.g., research, finance) using standard ERP (PR/PO) processes

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, STEM, or a related field.

2.3 years of procurement experience; research/lab environment experience is a plus.

3.Solid understanding of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management.

4.Basic knowledge of lab equipment and consumables; able to assess product needs and quality.

5.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

6.Strong communication skills. Fluent in English (Cantonese an advantage).

7.Valid Hong Kong work permit preferred.

8.Senior Candidate will be considered as Procurement Assistant Manager.
